Pitti Uomo 93: Fall Winter 2018 Menswear Trends

Pitti Uomo 93 showcased the menswear trends for the next fall winter 2018-19 season, where streetwear and athletic clothing took the main stage, including those of Kappa, Atalasport, Fila and Champion. Brands like Herno coupled streetwear and technology to create technical pieces like water-resistant jackets. The Athlovers section was entirely dedicated to technical fabrics for sportswear.

The 93rd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo also included leather, with leather pieces in the colors brown, gray, blue, sand and black, and with fur trimmings.

Another trend will be sweaters and shirts with bright colors – no grays, neutrals or dark colors. Bold colored shirts and sweaters with patches, embroideries and prints will be a trend for the next fall winter season.

The must-have accessory will be the hat, in every color and shape, from the classic to the newsboy (similar to the flat cap), and from the panama to the fedora.

And like every fashion week, you can spot trends on the catwalk as well as on the street. Below our favorite street style couple of Pitti Uomo 93.
